Talent is everywhere.
The
road isn’t.

From the classroom to a career.

A young person can pass every exam and still find no road into a career. Empower a Future Leader walks that road with them, from their final school years through trade school or university and into a livelihood. You’ll hear about the moments that matter: an acceptance letter, the first day of an internship, a business sign with their name on it. And we stay until they’re launched into a career.

BE PART OF THE LAUNCH

Ready to walk the road with them?

Our students earn their own scholarships. We don’t pay tuition. We fund the support that helps a scholarship become a degree, and a degree become a career.

Why empowering leaders matters.

Uganda is one of the youngest countries in the world, full of young people ready to work, build, and lead. But finishing school doesn’t guarantee a way into a career. Our graduates now serve as nurses, teachers, social workers, and business owners, and most go home to lead in the communities that raised them, so the next generation grows up seeing what’s possible.

One launch can change a whole community.

Empowerment in action.
Meet Barbara.

Barbara joined Children of Grace at eight, too shy to speak to strangers. Today she’s a finance graduate of United States International University–Africa who leads, speaks to crowds, and wants to open doors for other young people.

“It is investing in who that child can become.”

In their words, on their way.

A student, a social worker, and a business owner on finding their path and building a livelihood.

They didn’t just pay my fees; they invested in my future.

Help give the next student the same chance.

Every graduate on this page did the hard work. God wrote their stories. Your giving put school, care,
and people who believed in them within reach. Somewhere today is a student who’s already been counted out.
Help give them the same chance.
