A team that knows every name.
Our team in Uganda includes mentors, social workers, nurses, and program leaders. Many grew up in Children of Grace themselves, so they know the road these children are walking.
We don't go everywhere, we go deep.
We've chosen to stay in one place, Jinja and the communities around it, and to know it well. We know these families, these schools, and these local leaders, and they know us.
We measure what we do.
We track attendance, progression, exam results, health, and what happens after graduation. When something isn’t working, we own it and change it, even when that’s hard.
One mission, four outcomes.
Every child we walk with needs the same four things: food, school, care, and adults who believe in them. Not just enough to survive. Enough to thrive.
